Each musician contributed beautifully to the tapestry of music we enjoyed tonight. The selection of pieces performed were well chosen. The commentary introducing the music was informative and interesting. This was a unique experience and I’d love to see more performances by candlelight!

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancelation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A and Zone B, with Zone A closest to the stage. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
How long does the show last?
60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and there's no entry once it starts.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
The Phoenix Zoo provides an inclusive, ADA-compliant experience for all guests regardless of age and ability.
Is there food served?
Food and beverages may be available for separate purchase at the event.
Is there parking available?
Free parking is available at The Phoenix Zoo. The free parking lot can be accessed from North Galvin Parkway and Papago Park Road off of Van Buren St.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
Are seat cushions available?
Souvenir seat cushions are available for purchase during ticket selection or on-site at the event. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
