Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same login method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email; nothing needs to be printed, just show your Fever ticket from your phone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 24 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances, except through a Flexible Cancellation Ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. Contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documents are required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to any other Fever account. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and no late entry is allowed once it has begun.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No, consuming food or drink inside the church is not allowed.
Is parking available?
No, the Michaeliskirche does not have its own parking lot.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Wheelchair users can only be seated in the side areas, not in the central section.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out the corresponding form if a service animal will accompany you.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece, without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied entry to the show, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
How do I get to the venue?
The experience takes place at the Michaeliskirche (Nordplatz 14, 04105 Leipzig). By public transport: Nordplatz stop (tram line 12) or Wilhelm-Liebknecht-Platz stop (tram lines 9/10/11/16).
Are the candles real flames?
For the safety of all attendees, please note that all candles will be flameless.
