Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Yes, there will be a bar on site.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, DLA, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card). We'll then send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket, which must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket. You'll need to show this proof, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.

The Merchants House is not fully accessible. The lift is narrow (4 ft long, 23 in wide) and can only accommodate some mobility scooters up to 300 kg. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you need personalised assistance.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.

There are four ticket zones: Premium (best visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (fair visibility).

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.

For the safety of all attendees, all candles used are flameless.
