Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

What different ticket types are available?

Zone A, Zone B and Zone C are available.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is parking available?

The venue doesn't have private parking. Nearby you'll find Parcheggio Pellini (paid) and Parcheggio dell'Università (Via Pascoli), free from 8pm onwards. In the public area in front of the Auditorium there are 2 spaces reserved exclusively for people with disabilities.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?

Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide a code to purchase the free companion ticket. You'll need to show the documents together with the tickets to access the event.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes.

Can I take pictures or videos during the show?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must be bought through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.

Where does the experience take place?

Auditorium di San Francesco al Prato, Via San Francesco 4, 06123 Perugia (PG). It's easily reached via the Minimetrò: the closest stop is Pincetto, a 6-minute walk away.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats will be assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time. In the event of late arrival, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, entry to the show will not be allowed.
