🌟 They had only officially existed as a band for five years when Full of Hell had already released three albums: two of their own in 2011 and 2013, and a collaboration with Japanese noise project Merzbow in 2014. That set the tone for how they approach music and life: all in. The Pennsylvania band’s brand of metal, not for the faint-hearted, pushes things to the limit in both form and content. When Full of Hell's grindcore engine runs at full throttle, crushing noise, hardcore, death metal, and industrial music into a pulverized state, rock becomes a high-risk activity. At first glance, records as extreme as Trumpeting Ecstasy or Weeping Choir seem to revel in dismemberment like the bloodiest slashers, but Full of Hell have built their career by putting pieces together. Proof of that? Their collaborations with fearless acts like HEALTH, shoegazers Nothing, or unconventional pop star Nicole Dollanganger. The latest testament to Full of Hell’s unifying power? This spring, they’ll play Madrid alongside The Body, Jarhead Fertilizer, and JAD on April 17th at La Nau.
