Experience a transformative experience that combines movement, breath and cold exposure to help you improve your reality, reduce fear, gain clarity and strengthen your mind. From Blaumeer's rooftop, with the sky as a ceiling, we will accompany you through guided practices to reconnect with yourself: we will start with a clear intention, flow with adapted yoga, release blockages with breathwork techniques and close with an ice bath and deep relaxation. Chris, your guide, is a yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience and is certified in Breathwork, Icebath and Neuroscience, with a solid foundation in the Wim Hof method. A safe, accessible meeting designed to expand, reconnect with your body and find mental calm.
