What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused in this electrifying theatrical event.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seat selection is on a first-come, first-served basis within the chosen zone at the time of ticket purchase.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes. We ask that you remain respectful of other guests and performers by avoiding the use of flash.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the venue.
Is food served? Can I bring pets?
Food is not served. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue air-conditioned?
Yes, the venue is air-conditioned.
About tickets
What types of tickets are available?
Half-price, Social Entry, and Full-price for the Theatre Zones. Each zone has a different price based on its proximity to the stage.
Social Entry can be purchased by anyone and includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus already included in the ticket price.
Where can I buy tickets? Can I buy them on site?
Tickets are sold exclusively through the Fever app or website (feverup.com). There are no on-site sales.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Present your Fever ticket directly from the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the show. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Customers who require assistance are entitled to 1 free pass for their personal assistant. A valid ticket is required and you must contact us with supporting documentation.
Who is eligible for half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with disabilities (PWD) and companions, low-income youth, and public school teachers (kindergarten, elementary, and high school). Proof of eligibility must be presented at the entrance.

All participants must be 8 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available?
There is valet service at the theatre from 7:30 PM, subject to availability, operating until the end of the event. Rideshare cars are also recommended.
