Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, B, and C. Zone A is closest to the stage.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever app. For additional help, please feel free to contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where is the experience taking place?
The show takes place at The Grand America Hotel's first floor Savoy Room, located at 555 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
How do I get to the venue?
You can drive and park at the venue or rideshare to the venue. Once you enter, the Savoy Room is located on the first floor; staff will be posted to guide you.
Is parking available?
The venue offers valet parking for $15 per car, or purchasable self-parking is also available on site. Price may vary depending on the length of your stay. Rideshare is also recommended.
Is food or drink available?
A cash bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available just outside the Savoy Room. You may also dine in one of the hotel's many restaurants or cafes prior to the event.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA compliant.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
