Originally built in the mid-19th century, it is admired for its beautiful Gothic Revival architecture and atmospheric interior. Carefully restored, the building now serves as the rehearsal home of the Hallé Orchestra and a distinctive cultural venue, blending historic character with a vibrant contemporary arts presence.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.
What different ticket types are available?
Each zone offers a different proximity to the stage: Premium is the front row, and Zone D is at the back of the room.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once received, we'll provide a voucher code for your free carer ticket, which must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket and shown together with your ticket at entry. Accepted documents include middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It's an optional add-on photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue, provided the sold-out threshold hasn't been reached. Guests who buy the photo opportunity online when purchasing their concert tickets get priority over on-site purchases; on-site purchases are limited to card payments only, no cash accepted.
When is my picture taken and when do I get the results?
Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed during the concert and collect it at the exit afterward; pictures can't be kept for later collection if you leave without them, and no refund or reschedule is possible in that case.
