The Oratorio di San Filippo Neri in Bologna is a restored late Baroque religious structure in the center of Bologna. It is located on Via Manzoni. The Oratory was built from the sacristy of the adjacent church of Madonna di Galliera. This church is now called Chiesa dei Filippini Madonna di Galliera and Filippo Neri.

Front Row; Zone A, excellent visibility; Zone B, good visibility; Zone C, average visibility; Zone D, limited visibility.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.

Yes, you can sit together if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be kept on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in the event of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: they must be purchased via the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or on the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with the ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance, and we'll send you a code to get the companion's free ticket. To enter the event, you'll need to show the document along with the tickets.

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), by logging in with the same profile used to make the purchase. The confirmation email also contains a PDF with the barcode needed to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If the weather affects the experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email, to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
