• What can I expect from the event?

  Participate in a real-world version inspired by Among Us. You'll engage in mission activities, navigate vents, identify impostors, and cast votes. Special roles like Jester and Sheriff add additional layers of intrigue. Prior to arrival, you'll receive an email with task tutorial videos to help prepare you and your group. Upon arrival, our team dresses you in game gear and provides a 10-minute briefing on gameplay mechanics and task execution. A dedicated staff member participates throughout to optimize your experience.

• Where is the experience located?

  The venue sits in the carpark near Orion Lagoon and TimeZone, located at Orion Springfield Central, 1 Main St, Springfield Central QLD 4300, Australia.

• Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

  The entire experience operates indoors within a temperature-controlled environment.

• How long does the experience last?

  The standard offering consists of 30 minutes of active gameplay preceded by a 10-minute orientation, totaling 40 minutes. Many guests opt for the extended package combining two back-to-back sessions, resulting in 60 minutes of gameplay with one 10-minute briefing, totaling 70 minutes. A standard 30-minute session typically includes three gameplay rounds. The extended 60-minute experience usually features six rounds, allowing every participant an opportunity to assume the impostor role.

• Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

  The venue operates within Orion Springfield Central shopping precinct, which houses multiple dining establishments. You can browse available options at their website; note that vendor hours vary.

• Is there parking available?

  Complimentary parking is provided at the Orion Springfield Central carpark where the experience is situated.

• Will there be additional sessions?

  We're unable to confirm supplementary dates beyond the current schedule. Visit the experience listing for the most current availability details.

• Is there virtual reality?

  Not at all—this experience is grounded in physical reality. You navigate a live gaming environment designed like a movie set from Star Wars.

• Is there a dress code?

  No specific attire requirements apply; however, closed-toe footwear is mandatory for safety.

• Will there be merchandise for sale?

  No merchandise is available for purchase on-site.

• Where can I get tickets?

  Acquire tickets through the Fever mobile app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) or the Fever website.

• Can I purchase tickets at the door?

  Tickets are exclusively available through the Fever app and website; on-site sales are not available.

• Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

  Absolutely, ticket transfers are complimentary. Simply select "Transfer Tickets" on your Fever app entry. Should you require assistance, reach out to our support team and reference your order ID.

• Do I need to print my ticket?

  Locate your entry in the Fever app's Tickets area (get it from Google Play or Apple App Store). Sign in with your original purchase account. Your QR confirmation will arrive via email.

• I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

  Access the Fever app and navigate to the Tickets section. No app? Get it from Google Play or Apple App Store. Log in with your purchase credentials. Still having trouble? Reach out to our team.

• Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

  Date modifications are permitted up to 48 hours beforehand. Contact our team with your ticket ID to request changes. Your Fever app's Tickets area may display a "Reschedule" option if available—follow the prompts to adjust your slot. Refunds are prohibited, with exceptions only under Australian Consumer Law; refer to our T&Cs for specifics.

• Do you offer press passes?

  Journalists interested in media access should send an inquiry to press@feverup.com.

• Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

  Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes ahead of your assigned time; arrivals after the stated time cannot be accommodated.

• Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

  Pets are prohibited; assistance animals are permitted.

• Is the venue accessible?

  The venue meets accessibility standards with wheelchair ramps throughout.

• Do you offer carer tickets?

  Visitors requiring support during the experience may request one complimentary pass for their caregiver. Contact our team with evidence of your caregiver requirement. Upon approval, we'll issue a voucher redeemable in the Fever app (subject to availability). Present both your regular ticket and caregiver ticket at entry.

• What are the prohibited items at the experience?

  Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden.

• Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

  Unfortunately, this experience cannot be modified for individuals with hearing or vision impairments. We continually work toward inclusivity and encourage exploring other offerings in your area.

• Will there be strobe lights?

  No strobe lighting is featured in this experience.

• Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

  The experience involves movement and walking; however, seating is provided for brief rests if needed.

• Will restrooms be available on site?

  As part of the Orion Shopping Centre complex, restroom facilities are accessible within the shopping precinct—ask our team for directions.

• Can I take photos or record the experience?

  Photography is encouraged and welcome to share. Ensure flash is off and avoid blocking other guests' views. Commercial cameras and tripod stands are not allowed.
