What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant proof. We'll then provide you with a voucher you can use to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds available?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID to make a change. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once it has started.
Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Where is the experience taking place?
The experience takes place at the Barocksaal (Schwaansche Str. 6, Rostock).
How do I get to the venue?
Rostock is easily reached via the A19 and A20 motorways. Within Rostock, you can simply use public transport; the tram stop is about 100 metres away.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive in good time before the start.
Will food and drinks be available?
No food or drinks will be sold on site, and bringing your own food or drinks isn't allowed.
Can I bring animals?
Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in our form if a service animal will be accompanying you.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
No, the hall is not wheelchair accessible.
Is parking available?
There are several car parks and parking garages nearby. Please note parking availability around the venue isn't always guaranteed, so allow enough time to find a spot.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it, with a printed Polaroid-style snapshot as a keepsake. The photo session takes place before or after the concert (preferably after) and is bought at the venue, subject to availability; you'll receive a separate QR code by email to redeem the experience on site.
