Ein wunderbares Erlebnis in einem außergewöhnlichen, historischem Ambiente. Fantastische Musiker verstehen verschiedene populäre Hits beider legendären Musikbands atemberaubend zu präsentieren. Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds possible?
Refunds are only possible if you purchased the optional Flexible Refund ticket; in that case you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. Please contact us to do so. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased before attending the event via the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
At Barocksaal, Schwaansche Str. 6, Rostock.
How do I get to the venue?
Rostock has excellent transport links and can be reached via the A19 and A20 motorways. Within Rostock, you can simply use public transport; the tram stop is around 100 metres away.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive in good time, as the concert lasts around 60 minutes with no interval.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with seats assigned on arrival.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes. Guests who need care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Send us the relevant supporting documents once you've bought your ticket.
Is food or drink available?
No food or drink is sold on-site. Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted either.
Is parking available?
Several car parks and parking garages are available nearby; however, availability is not guaranteed, so please allow enough time to find a space.
Does the venue have wheelchair access?
No, the hall is not wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except service animals; please fill in the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on?
An optional, paid photo experience: you're photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo. The photo session usually takes place after the concert; only card payments are accepted on-site.
