Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; check our T&Cs for more details.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us quoting your ticket ID for help.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A offers the best visibility, Zone B great visibility, Zone C good visibility, and Zone D fine visibility with some potentially obstructed views.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time so you can be seated within your purchased zone; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and audience.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

It takes place indoors, in the concert room at St. Mark's Episcopal Church.

Is food or drink available?

No. Outside food and beverages are not allowed either.

Is parking available?

Yes. There is limited parking on-site, plus overflow parking at the large municipal lot diagonally across the street from the church, with an entrance at the Main Street / North Bedford Road (Rt. 117) intersection.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Please keep your phone on silent throughout the show.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a location change or postponement, we will notify you by email in advance.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up. All sales are final.
