Description
Do you know the difference between the bread the Romans used to eat and the bread we eat today? Come and enjoy a delicious bread tasting paired with olives, cheese, olive oil and wine and discover how one of the oldest foods in the world has evolved. The session is led by Sara Concepción Moreno, artisan baker of Obrador de Pan Concepción Moreno. In 1940, Sara's family founded the Obrador de Pan in Garcillán (Segovia). Since then, they have been working daily to offer an excellent menu of breads made in the traditional way, respecting the times and using top-quality ingredients. Today, Sara, along with her sister Elena and Elena’s partner Alberto, represent the fourth generation of this family of bakers and proudly continue the artisan tradition.
