The house where the composer Ludwig van Beethoven was born in December 1770 is one of the few preserved Bonn bourgeois houses from the 18th century. In 1989, the Beethoven-Haus association celebrated its 100th anniversary and has since housed the Beethoven Archive. A true gem of the house is the chamber music hall.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket), contact us and send us the relevant supporting documents. You'll then receive a voucher that allows you to purchase your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). At the entrance, you must show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Chamber Music Hall of the Beethoven-Haus (Bonngasse 24-26, 53111 Bonn).
How do I get to the venue?
The Beethoven-Haus (Bonngasse 20 and 24-26) is located in the centre of Bonn, on the edge of the pedestrian zone, not far from the Rhine. From the main railway station, you can reach Bonngasse on foot in just a few minutes. Trams and buses stop at the nearby Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz / Beethoven-Haus stop, where you'll also find taxi ranks. Tram: 62, 65, 66 and 67. Bus: 529, 537, 540, 550, 551, 600, 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, 607, 608, 609, 640.
Are food and drinks available?
No, there are no drinks available for sale.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us in advance if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Is the venue accessible?
The Beethoven-Haus has step-free access to the hall in the back row (Zone C). Unfortunately, the toilets are not accessible.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
