An excellent evening

We had an excellent evening. The Jazz band was outstanding. The atmosphere was incredible. The service was exceptional. This is a great event and hope that it continues for some time . We would love to come again and bring friends.

INCREDIBLE! Absolutely brilliant. The musicians were phenomenal, engaging, and talented, and it was so clear they enjoy what they do. Venue staff were friendly and helpful, and the Phoenix Arts Club is an amazing venue perfect for a night of jazz. I'm already planning to see "We Call it Jazz" again!

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This experience is for guests aged 18 and over.

Can I sit next to my friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
