About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you participate as the jury. You'll analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will decide the fate of the accused in this thrilling theatrical experience.
How long is the experience?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types available?
We have different zones based on visibility: Zone A closest to the stage, Zone B, and Zone C further back.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the finale, and no flash.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the show. You'll be asked to use it for the final vote at the end.
Can I leave the room during the show?
For the respect of the artists and the audience, you can only leave your seat in case of emergency.
About your tickets
Can I buy tickets on the spot?
No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or www.feverup.com before arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to purchase). You will also receive the QR code in your confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Tickets are validated through the Fever app upon arrival.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start. Contact us with your ticket number. No refunds will be given.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free. Click "Transfer ticket" from your ticket in the Fever app.

Where is the experience held?
Centro Cultural Universitario Tlatelolco - Ricardo Flores Magón 1, Col. Nonoalco Tlatelolco, CP 06900, Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México.
When should I arrive?
At least 30 minutes before the start. Late entry will not be permitted.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 12 or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring animals?
No animals allowed, except service animals.
Will there be restrooms available at the venue?
Yes, there are restrooms available. Ask our on-site staff for directions.
