Description
In this workshop with NNara, we will explore our voice as a channel for healing and self-discovery. Through song, dance and ritual practices, we will learn to release our energy and connect with our essence without judgment or limitations. We will pray, play and experience sound as a powerful medicine for self-love and security. We will close in a circle of connection by sharing food, integrating all that we have lived in a transforming experience.
