Birthday Parties
⏳ You will have access to the birthday room for 30 minutes before your Bubble Planet experience, to start the party in style
🎂 Cake and soft drinks are included in the birthday package
👥 If you are unsure of the number of participants, select the minimum number, you will be able to add participants upon arrival

FAQ

• Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room.
• Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 20 people.
• When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here.
• All Guests must have a ticket, this includes entry to the party room, unless they are under 3 years of age. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations however we do not permit any tape on the walls.
• You are welcome to bring in your own food and drink although alcoholic drinks are not permitted onsite. If you prefer, you can always order a cake (we can help you with this) or pizza to the venue – please give them “Bubble Planet Experience” with the address 39 gallerie de la Villette, 75019 Paris to ensure there are no issues with your delivery.
• In order to offer the best experience during your visit, the 30 minutes in the party room starts your visit and your party guests visit the exhibition following the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, this helps you avoid searching for your party guests to round them up to return to the room in time for cake and soft drinks.
• The room comes with tablecloths, napkins, forks, plates for cake, one bottle of water, one soft drink and one juice. For children under age 3 or whomever prefers it, we can switch the soft drinks for juice.
• There's a freezer and a closet that you can use.
• Minors under the age of 16 require adult supervision.
