Yes, this experience explores mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation. Performances often contain moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.

Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance.

Out of respect for the performers and other guests, you will not be allowed to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Tickets are only available through the Fever App or the Fever website. They will not be sold on site.

You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, or via the 'Exchange date and/or time' button in the Fever app if available. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Yes, you can transfer tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. No need to print — your ticket is validated via the app on arrival.

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their Carer/Support Worker.

Wheelchair Accessible Zone: arrive on the day with your Carer/Support Worker to be directed to your two seats together. No separate application required.

Zone A, B, or C: apply for a free Carer/Support Worker ticket before your initial purchase. Contact us with proof of need and we'll provide a voucher code. Each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one full-price ticket.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

All guests must be 12 years or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. A Wheelchair Accessible Zone is available.

No pets are allowed, but service animals are welcome.
