What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused's fate in this high-stakes theatrical event.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Can I purchase drinks or food on-site?
There is an on-site bar for drinks. Food is not available for purchase on-site.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not assigned. Seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and/or record the experience.

Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything - just show your Fever ticket in the app or email upon arrival.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time and are based on availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.

Can I make a group booking?

No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Find your QR code ticket in the Fever app's Tickets section, logged in with the account you used to buy it. If you still can't find it, contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers get free admission on showing appropriate documentation at entry (e.g. Middle/Higher rate DLA, PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card + 1 category). The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.
