You can return your flexible refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket is no longer refundable once transferred to another person.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. No intermission is planned. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; no entry is possible once it has begun.

The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food and drink available?

No, no food or drinks are sold at this event.

Is there parking?

Parking is available at the city-centre car parks; the nearest are Parkhaus Steinstraße, CONTIPARK Tiefgarage Eiermarkt, Eiermarkt Braunschweig and Parkfläche Südstraße.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Send us proof after purchasing your ticket, and we'll send you a voucher to claim the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown on entry.

Wheelchair guests can only be seated in the side areas, not in the central section. There is no accessible restroom.
