Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

What different ticket types are available?

Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (fine visibility, with potentially obstructed views). If you're attending with friends, you can sit together as long as you all hold tickets for the same zone.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before and close 5 minutes prior to the start. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be assigned a seat within your zone; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

The Mount Kisco train station is just a block away. There is limited on-site parking, plus overflow parking at the municipal lot diagonally across the street, with an entrance at the Main Street / North Bedford Road (Rt. 117) intersection.

Is food or drink available?

No food or drinks are served at the venue, and outside food or beverages are not allowed.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who require assistance during the experience can apply for one free companion pass. You must hold a valid ticket first; contact us for more information.
