Only if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?
Candle 3-Packs must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of the event. They are tied to that date and location, so add-ons bought online and collected at the venue are non-refundable and non-returnable, and all sales are final.
When should I arrive? Can I enter late?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
How long is the concert?
The concert lasts 60 minutes.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
