How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is organized into different zones, each priced according to its proximity and view of the stage. Seats are assigned as you arrive at Dorma Victoria Palace, respecting the order of entry and the category of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together perfectly. To ensure contiguous seats, the whole group must arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We suggest coming 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together without any problem.
Can tickets be bought at the Dorma Victoria Palace box office?
No, you won't be able to get your tickets at the physical box office or at the entrance to Dorma Victoria Palace. To secure your spot, you must purchase your tickets through the Fever app or official website.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.
Will there be food and drink service at Dorma Victoria Palace?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
The dress code is completely casual and free. The essential thing for enjoying the experience to the fullest is that you choose comfortable clothes.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in San Lorenzo de El Escorial lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the atmosphere and respect the artists, you may only leave your seat in case of an urgent need. Thank you for helping us keep the magic alive!
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA in San Lorenzo de El Escorial?
Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA be gifted?
Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photography experience, available exclusively to customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area at Dorma Victoria Palace and receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Dorma Victoria Palace?
Yes! You can buy your photo pack directly at Dorma Victoria Palace as long as it hasn't sold out. Keep in mind that if you get it in advance online, you'll have priority access, and only card payments are accepted at the venue, not cash.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show if you want a photo. The photo area will stop operating 10 minutes before the show starts.
When will I receive the photo?
You can select your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it while you enjoy the concert, and you can pick it up at the exit. Make sure to collect your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
Once you enter Dorma Victoria Palace, our staff will tell you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to approach any of our employees if you have any questions.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.
Are pets or animals allowed in Dorma Victoria Palace? What about service animals?
Pets are not allowed in this experience, but if you need to attend with a guide or assistance dog, their entry is 100% guaranteed.
