Amazing staff except one person who insisted us to pay for a photo at the of the party despite me just been informed by the hostess to take the photo. She insisted us to pay despite included in the VIP package. All other staff amazing

Hop from one immersive space to the next and experience them all with your five senses, in a sensory universe of oversized bubbles, balloons and soap. Self-guided and perfect for celebrating a birthday with friends and family, it's around 60–90 minutes of playful wonder, plus 30 minutes booked exclusively in your own Birthday Room.

FAQs Solving your doubts
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60–90 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room — it's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at an indoor venue in Wembley Park, London. Elm Road Blocks residents will be able to enjoy a free VIP upgrade upon arrival. Please make sure you bring your proof of address.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Beverages will be purchasable at the end of the exhibit. Please note that bubble tea cannot be sold to children aged under 6.
Is there parking available?

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge, and minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there a Virtual Reality section?
Yes. The experience includes an optional VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
What can I expect from Bubble Planet?
An immersive experience with different rooms, each featuring a different bubble-themed activity.
How do I book a birthday celebration?
Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email. A minimum of 7 tickets is required, and you should always select the 'Birthday Room' option when booking so we can reserve the room exclusively for your celebration.
What's included in a Birthday ticket?
The Birthday ticket includes entry to the experience and the birthday room for your celebration; the room comes decorated with tablecloths, napkins, cutlery and soft drinks (swapped for juice on request for children aged 2 and under). The VIP Birthday ticket adds virtual reality, a Bubble Planet poster, a sweet cone and a slushie.
How does the birthday celebration work on the day?
You'll start with the 90-minute exhibition, guided by your assigned Party Host, then move to the Party Room for your celebration. You can be admitted to the room up to 30 minutes before your booked time, and the celebration itself lasts 30 minutes. Room capacity is 20 people.
Will a party host be included?
Yes — a birthday host assists the party throughout, though rooms booked less than 5 days in advance will not include a party host.
Can I bring my own food, drink or decorations?
You're welcome to bring your own decorations (no tape on the walls) and your own food and drink, though alcohol isn't permitted on-site. You can also order pizza to the venue — just give the delivery address as 22 Fulton Road, Wembley, HA9 0TF under 'Bubble Planet Experience'. You're also welcome to play your own music from a phone.
Does everyone need a ticket, including for the birthday room?
Yes, everyone entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a valid ticket, unless they're 2 years old or under. Tickets are non-refundable, so if you're unsure of numbers, book the minimum and add more attendees on arrival.
Is there an age requirement for the birthday room?
Minors under 18 require adult supervision.
When do I need to confirm details for the party?
Please confirm the birthday child's name and drink preferences at least 4 days before the party date, and let us know your final headcount as soon as you have it (bubblesldn@exhibitionhub.com) so we can prepare accordingly.
