Birthday Celebrations
⏳ You will have access to the Birthday Room for 30 minutes after your Bubble Planet experience, to bring the celebrations to a close
🤸 There will be a birthday host assisting the birthday party
🎂 Cake and soft drinks are included in the birthday package
👥 Please note that any person entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a valid ticket.
👥 If you are unsure about the number of attendees, please select the minimum, you can add more attendees upon arrival
❓ Please contact us at bubblesldn@exhibitionhub.com as soon as you know the final number in your party so we can prepare the cake and drinks accordingly

FAQs

• Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room.
• Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 20 people.
• When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here for a party and your coordinator will arrive to assist you. During the party, a coordinator will be assigned to ensure you receive access to the room and your tickets.
• All Guests must have a ticket, this includes entry to the party room, unless they are under 3 years of age. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations however we do not permit any tape on the walls.
• You are welcome to bring in your own food and drink although alcoholic drinks are not permitted onsite. If you prefer, you can always order pizza to the venue – please give them “Bubble Planet Experience” with the address 22 Fulton Road, Wembley, HA9 0TF to ensure there are no issues with your delivery.
• In order to offer the best experience during your visit, you start off with the exhibition, which takes 90 minutes to complete and then proceed to the Party Room for your celebrations. Your assigned Party Host will be with you to guide you through the exhibition, ensuring everyone stays together and follows the scheduled timings. They will also ensure you return to the Party Room for your allocated time to enjoy the celebrations. 
• The room comes decorated and includes tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, plates for cake, soft drinks and birthday cake. For children under age 3 or whomever prefers it, we can switch the soft drinks for juice.
• With an iPhone or Android phone you are welcome to play your own music in the party room.
• Minors under the age of 18 require adult supervision.
• The birthday child’s name, cake choice, and drink preferences needs to be confirmed at least four days before the party date. If not provided in time, we may be unable to personalize the cake.
