Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID if you need further help.

The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the show has begun.

Drinks are available for purchase at a bar located right outside the concert hall. Food is not offered.

Yes, Sofiensäle has an underground car park in the building at a special rate of EUR 1.70/hour. Validate your parking ticket at the bar outside the concert hall.

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be seated in your zone — the show starts on time and latecomers cannot be admitted. Coats and jackets must be left at the cloakroom. Phones must stay on silent throughout, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.

Yes, Sofiensäle is wheelchair-accessible. Please send us a short email at hello@feverup.com in advance so we can prepare everything for you.

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

An optional paid add-on, exclusively for guests who book it: you'll have your photo taken in a dedicated area and receive one printed instant photo, polaroid-style, per purchase. Photos can be bought at the venue while supplies last (online bookings get priority), card payment only on-site. The session usually takes place after the concert; you'll choose your photos on-site for printing and must take them with you, as we cannot keep them for you. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free companion ticket. Send us supporting documentation after purchasing your own ticket; subject to availability, we'll then provide a voucher for the free companion ticket in the Fever app. Please show both tickets at entry.

No, for guests' safety, all candles are flameless.

Sofiensäle is located at Marxergasse 17, 1030 Vienna. It's reachable via U3/U4 (Wien Mitte-Landstraße), tram line 1 (Marxergasse), bus 4A (Löwengasse) or 74A (Weyrgasse), and trains S1, S2, S3, S4, S7 (Wien-Mitte).
