The songs of Queen and The Beatles are played live at the Hotel Wellington in Madrid by a string quartet, surrounded by hundreds of candles. From “Here Comes the Sun” to “Bohemian Rhapsody”, the programme runs through thirteen classics by two of the best-loved bands in history, in a 60-minute Candlelight concert.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Queen & The Beatles" in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the temperature regulation varies with the seasons. We suggest coming in comfortable clothes adapted to the year's temperature to enjoy the experience to the fullest and without surprises.
Will there be food and drink service at Hotel Wellington & Spa?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Keep your device on silent during the event. You can only capture photos and videos (always without flash) in the final piece when the musicians signal you from the stage.
Can tickets be bought at the Hotel Wellington & Spa box office?
There is no physical sales point inside Hotel Wellington & Spa. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Hotel Wellington & Spa, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit side by side. To guarantee this, it's essential that you enter the venue together and have purchased tickets in the same category. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the start so our team can easily seat you together.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Queen & The Beatles" be gifted?
Of course! The best way is to buy a Candlelight Gift Card so they can freely choose the date and tribute concert they want. If you already have tickets for a specific day, gift them directly through the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?

Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Hotel Wellington & Spa?
You can get your photo at Hotel Wellington & Spa using a card as long as there are free passes. We recommend booking it online when buying your ticket to secure your spot, as those bookings have priority over in-box-office sales.
When will I receive the photo?
Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This special pack contains 3 decorative LED candles that simulate the glow and cozy ambiance of real light. They are the perfect alternative for adding warmth to your home in a clean and safe way.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages bought on the web will be waiting for you at the venue on the day of the show. We're sorry to say the 3 candle pack cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Queen & The Beatles" in Madrid?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
It's best to come at least 30 minutes early to sit down calmly. Remember, doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and if the concert has already begun, you won't be able to enter. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone!

To have your photo taken with ease, arrive at least 30 minutes before time. Keep in mind that the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
Our team will guide you to the photo area as soon as you arrive at Hotel Wellington & Spa. If you get lost or need anything, just let them know.
Is there parking available at Hotel Wellington & Spa?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Forget strict dress codes. We recommend a casual outfit so you can enjoy the live music in total comfort and without complications.
Are pets or animals allowed in Hotel Wellington & Spa? What about service animals?
Pets are not allowed in the venue, but guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
