Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are available for Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility), and the Balcony (good visibility). Seating within your zone is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except for tickets purchased with the Flexible Refund option. For more details, check our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
On selected events, you can add a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. To use it, contact us up to 48 hours before the show starts — no documentation is required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets can be transferred to another Fever account. Keep in mind that if you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, transferring it will make it non-refundable.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts — late arrivals will not be permitted.
Where is the experience taking place, and how do I get there?
The concert takes place at the Egyptian Theatre, 700 W Main St, Boise, ID 83702. The theater is in Downtown Boise and is easily reached by public transportation, car-share, or taxi. If driving, street parking and several parking garages are within a 5-minute walk of the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, street parking is available, along with several nearby parking garages — for example, the ParkBOI garage on the corner of N Capitol Boulevard and W Idaho Street.
Is there food or drinks available?
Yes, a selection of beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks is available for additional purchase at the theater.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible, with accessible seating located in Zones B and C.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket first — once purchased, contact us for more information.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-ons purchased and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
