Getting Started:
 

• Cream of roasted pumpkin cream | Caramelized onions, chestnuts, sour cream and herbs to continue
• Thanksgiving turkey | Roast turkey breast with bread stuffing, toasted nuts, herbs and apricots, served with green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce

Dessert:

• Homemade pecan nut cake | with whipped cream and cinnamon

Description
Veraz will present a special Thanksgiving dinner menu priced at 55 €. This menu includes original dishes such as roasted pumpkin cream with caramelized onion, chestnuts, sour cream and herbs. Traditional dishes such as roast turkey with bread stuffing, roasted nuts, herbs and apricots, accompanied by green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce will also be served.
