Amazing. It felt like they played for only 20 minutes because I was so entranced and wanted them to play more than the 90 minutes they did as each minute was so beautiful and warming.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.

Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request a change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

This experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

What is the minimum age to attend?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can request one free pass for their carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.

How do I get to the venue?

Granada Theater is located at 3022 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403. You can drive or take public transport; the closest bus stop is Hennepin Ave & Lake St W (bus lines 6, 23, and 114).

Is there food or drink available?

Drinks are available for purchase, but no food is served in the theater area. Reservations for pre- and post-show dining are available at the Uptown Lobby, offering Spanish-inspired fare with a New World Fusion twist. If you plan on dining before the concert, allow enough time.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does the venue have accessibility for people with disabilities?

The venue is ADA compliant. The ground level and restrooms are wheelchair accessible, though the mezzanine seating is not.

Is parking available?

Parking is available at the Seven Points Parking Garage across the street, or the Rainbow surface lot. Street parking is also available along 31st Street and Hennepin Avenue.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Pack items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. All sales are final.
