The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Depending on venue policy at the time of your visit, a selection of drinks may be available for purchase.

There is parking available at several nearby lots, including but not limited to 2955 Cass Avenue, 2721 Cass Avenue, and 2961 2nd Avenue.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. Wheelchair access is available for the ground floor seating. The wheelchair entrance to the Masonic Temple is located at the back of the building, off 2nd Avenue. Please contact us at hello@feverup.com ahead of time if you have any special accommodation needs regarding ADA accessibility.

At the Masonic Crystal Ballroom: Balcony Boxes for 3-4 people (great visibility), Zone A on the ground floor (great visibility), Zone B on the ground floor (good visibility), and Zone C in the balcony (good visibility). At the Masonic Chapel: Balcony for 2-4 people (great visibility), Zone A on the ground floor (great visibility), Zone B on the ground floor (good visibility), and Zone C on the ground floor (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

You can drive or use public transportation to reach the venue. The closest bus stop is Temple & Second (Bus Number 23 Hamilton).

This optional package offers a unique photo experience: your photo is taken in a specially designated area, and you receive a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos can also be purchased at the venue, subject to availability, though online purchasers get priority. Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to have validated by the photographer, and pick up your printed picture at the exit; pictures can't be kept for you afterward, and no refund or rescheduling is available if you miss the experience. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons.

A Flexible Cancelation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user). No documentation is required. If you choose a refund, you'll be credited back to your original payment method (allow 10+ days to appear) or receive a new voucher if you paid with one; you'll be refunded the full ticket price except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option. If you choose an exchange, you'll receive a voucher for the same value to book a new date and/or time for the same experience.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle 3-Pack purchases picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
