Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event. Please remain in the zone for which you purchased your ticket.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show. No entry once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
No, no outside food or beverages are allowed.
Is there parking available?
There is ample parking behind and along the south side of the church, with handicap parking located close to the building.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?
South Congregational Church, 1301 Forbes St, East Hartford, CT 06118. The venue is located near the “Maple St & Forbes St” bus stop on the 95 line, or off CT-2 E via Maple St.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
