The Little Golden Hall is a late Baroque festival hall of the former Augsburg Jesuit College St. Salvator. What makes the room so special: The ceiling fresco created by Matthäus Günther in 1765 and the stucco work crafted by Johann M. Feichtmayr.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. In such a case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account free of charge, directly in the app.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. We will then provide you with a voucher to buy your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts 60 minutes, with doors opening 30 minutes before the start.

Where does the experience take place?

The experience takes place at the Kleiner Goldener Saal, Jesuitengasse 12, 86152 Augsburg, north of the cathedral. The Kleiner Goldener Saal should not be confused with the Goldener Saal at Augsburg's town hall.

Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?

The event takes place indoors, with assigned seats.

Is food and drink available?

Only drinks are sold, no food is available.

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

Is parking available?

No, we recommend travelling by public transport.

Does this venue have disability access?

Are the candles real?

For everyone's safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.

What is "Candlelight Photo" and can I buy it at the venue?

This package offers a unique photo experience in a dedicated area; you'll receive one printed, Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake. Photos can be bought at the venue until sold out, but guests who book the experience online in advance are prioritised over on-site purchases; on-site, only card payments are accepted. The photo session usually takes place after the concert, and you'll need to collect your photos before leaving the venue, as we cannot keep them for later and no refund or rescheduling is possible.
