The venue is organized into different zones, each priced according to its proximity and view of the stage. Seats are assigned as you arrive at Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona, respecting the order of entry and the category of your ticket.

Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Joan Manuel Serrat in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Remember that, to avoid interrupting the show and those around you, you should remain in your seat throughout the concert unless an emergency occurs.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Joan Manuel Serrat in Barcelona?
Go to the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) and head straight to the "Tickets" section to see them. Just make sure you're logged in with the same user you paid with. You'll also have your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. They're digital, so no printing is needed!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
The Fever app gives you the option to transfer your tickets free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" feature. If you need help managing it, contact us and remember to include your ticket number.

Absolutely! To gift the Candlelight experience, you can buy a Gift Card valid for any Candlelight concert in your country, allowing the recipient to choose their preferred date and concert. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This pack gives you access to a unique photography session at Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona. To make sure you always remember the experience, we'll give you an instant Polaroid-format print.

As long as there's availability, you can book your Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona experience on the day of the concert using a card. Keep in mind that we only accept card payments and that online bookings have priority over sales at the venue.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.
Are pets or animals allowed in Real Círculo Artístico de Barcelona? What about service animals?
Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
