Candlelight brings Christmas film music to the Richard Wagner Saal at Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg. A string quartet plays live the melodies that accompany the most beautiful Christmas films, by the glow of thousands of candles: a festive concert experience for anyone who loves Christmas and film music.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Konzert war sehr schön - allerdings Einlass entgegen der Information (1 Std vor Beginn des Konzerts) erst um 18.00 Uhr und nicht um 17.30 Uhr .... das war etwas ärgerllich

What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before attending the concert via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need support during the concert can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. To do so, contact us with proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we've received it, you'll get a voucher that lets you book a free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. At entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the companion ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the concert starts. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is only possible with the flexible refund ticket. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the concert.
By when can I return my flexible refund ticket?
You'll receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the concert starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide for my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?

Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the Richard Wagner Saal of Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg (Bahnhofstraße 1-3, 90402 Nürnberg).
How do I get to the venue?
Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg is located directly opposite the main train station. Right outside the door you have connections to the underground, bus and tram. There is also a paid car park at the main train station. Parking directly outside the hotel is not permitted.
Is there food and drink available?
Drinks are sold on site, but they may not be taken into the hall. Outside food and drink may not be brought in.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, there is step-free, wheelchair-accessible access. Please send us a short email in advance at hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything.
Is there a car park?

What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a special photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" on site?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets online have priority over those who buy on site. Only card payment is accepted on site, no cash.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To ensure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You choose your photos on site. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you straight away. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we are unable to keep them. If you leave without your photos, we cannot offer you a refund or a new photo session.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
As soon as you enter the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience takes place. Announcements will also remind guests. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site so it can be checked and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your booking of the photo experience.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
