Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.
Performed live by Listeso String Quartet (string quartet).

What are the different ticket types?
There are different zones depending on the visibility: Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (okay visibility) and Zone D (moderate visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket? (applicable for selected events)
The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to ask for a full refund in case you decide not to attend. You may return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is needed. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

Beverages and light refreshments will be available for purchase prior to the concert.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
How long does the concert last?
Approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up. All sales are final.
