What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with every purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" on site?
Yes, at the venue, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience online together with their concert tickets have priority over those who purchase on site. Only card payments are accepted on site, no cash.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect them, as we're unable to keep them: if you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new date for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?

Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
I'm coming with a larger group. What should I keep in mind?
Please allow enough time to find seats together. We can't guarantee that groups arriving shortly before the concert starts will be able to sit together.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
