Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant proof via Fever's contact form.

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If you wish to do so, please contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. The experience takes place in the historic Salles de Pologne at the Hotel Michaelis in Leipzig. The exact address is: Hainstraße 16/18, 04109 Leipzig.

If you enter the address into your sat nav, it will take you directly to the venue. If you're travelling by public transport, the following options are available: Tram: lines 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15 to the Goerdelerring stop, from where the venue is about a 200 metre walk away. If you're arriving by regional or long-distance train, we recommend travelling via the nearby Hauptbahnhof and taking a tram from there. Distances: 0.8 km from Hauptbahnhof (an 11 minute walk away), 22 km from the airport, 8 km from the exhibition centre, 13 km from the A14 motorway, 13 km from the A9 motorway, 14 km from the A38 motorway.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers will not be admitted.

By car, you can reach the Salles de Pologne via the following parking options. Car park at Höfe am Brühl, Brühl 1, 04109 Leipzig, approx. 100 m from the Salles de Pologne, address for the sat nav: car park entrance at Hallisches Tor. From the west: from the A9 (Leipzig West exit), continue on the B181 along Merseburger Chaussee and then on the B87 (Merseburger Str. and then left onto Lützner Straße). Take Jahnallee onto Tröndlinring. Before the station, turn right at the traffic lights by the Hotel Marriott towards the car park entrance. From the east: from the A14 (Leipzig Mitte exit), head towards the city centre. From Berliner Straße, turn left into Gerberstraße. At the next junction, continue straight ahead to the car park entrance. Marktgalerie underground car park, Thomasgasse 2, 04109 Leipzig, approx. 200 m from the Salles de Pologne. From the west: from the A9 (Leipzig West exit), continue on the B181 along Merseburger Chaussee and then on the B87 (Merseburger Str. and then left onto Lützner Straße). Take Jahnallee and turn right onto Goerdelerring. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left. Then, just before Thomaskirche (on the left), turn into Thomaskirchhof, where you'll find the entrance to the underground car park right there. From the east: from the A14 (Leipzig Mitte exit), head towards the city centre. From Berliner Straße, turn left into Gerberstraße. Move into the right-hand lane on Gerberstraße and turn right onto Tröndlinring at the next set of traffic lights. Continue straight ahead and then turn left onto Goerdelerring. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left. Then, just before Thomaskirche (on the left), turn into Thomaskirchhof, where you'll find the entrance to the underground car park right there.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in case of an emergency.

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you'll be denied entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID.

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
