Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have bought your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant proof. Once we have received it, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that at entry you must show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket.

Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.

You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another user.

To get you in the mood for the performance, Café Maximilian is open before the event. Drinks as well as filled rolls and snacks are available. The café is step-free accessible. Food and drinks may not be taken into the auditorium.

Yes. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can get everything ready. MuTh has four Rollstuhlplätze (wheelchair spaces) in Zone C. Unfortunately, wheelchair spaces are not possible in other areas!

MuTh does not have its own car park. You can park in the surrounding short-stay parking zone or in the Parkgarage Karmelitermarkt, Leopoldsgasse 39.

Out of consideration for the dancers and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the show starts to get a seat in the zone you purchased. The show starts on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be refused entry to the show out of consideration for the dancers' performance and the audience's experience.

Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on time, and we will do our best to seat you accordingly.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, just contact us with your ticket ID.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed. Simply show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue. The tickets do not need to be printed.
