The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating. There are three zones based on the view: Zone A (excellent view), Zone B (good view) and Zone C (average view).

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts — seats are assigned based on your purchased zone and arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience should already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you have tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early — we'll do our best to seat you together.

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who require assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/support person. Contact us with proof of need, and we'll provide you with a code to purchase a free companion ticket. You'll need to show that documentation together with your tickets to enter the event.

Yes, the venue has access for people with mobility disabilities.

Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.

Yes, Auditorium San Fedele has its own dedicated car park, called Autosilo San Fedele, located on Via Adalberto Catena, 2, a short walk from the venue.

Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals.

The event takes place at Via Ulrico Hoepli, 3/b, 20121 Milan, just a 4-minute walk from the Duomo.
