Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store). Please log in with the same Fever profile you used to purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email, which you'll use to enter the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will be using the ticket. Contact us with any questions, and make sure to mention the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances — see our T&Cs for more information.
What ticket types are available?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating. There are three zones based on the view: Zone A (excellent view), Zone B (good view) and Zone C (average view).
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts — seats are assigned based on your purchased zone and arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience should already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you have tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early — we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who require assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/support person. Contact us with proof of need, and we'll provide you with a code to purchase a free companion ticket. You'll need to show that documentation together with your tickets to enter the event.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the venue has access for people with mobility disabilities.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, Auditorium San Fedele has its own dedicated car park, called Autosilo San Fedele, located on Via Adalberto Catena, 2, a short walk from the venue.
Are pets allowed?
Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?
The event takes place at Via Ulrico Hoepli, 3/b, 20121 Milan, just a 4-minute walk from the Duomo.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
