Einfach toll! Es gab sogar standing ovations 🎉

Ein unvergesslicher Abend <3 Arco Arts hat die Lieder wunderschön gespielt und man hat ihnen angesehen, dass es ihnen so viel Spaß wie uns gemacht hat.

Es war ein super schöner Abend, sehr kurzweilig. Für eine Stunde irgendwie in einer anderen Welt! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolles Streichquintett, animiert zum mitsingen. Nettes Ambiente durch Kerzenlicht. Zuvorkommende Begleitung zu den Platzkategorien. Einigen Gästen sind vor dem Einlass leider die Bedeutung der Begriffe Anstellen in der Schlange und Rücksicht abhanden gekommen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for the Gallery (1st and 2nd row) as well as for Zones A, B, C and D. Every ticket type includes a welcome drink.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Can I book a ticket for my companion or carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required beforehand), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we receive them, we will provide you with a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you must show both the regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

The Flexible Refund ticket (available for selected events) lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it up to 48 hours before the start of the experience; it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. No documents are required to request your refund, simply contact us to apply.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before it starts.
