♿️ Our experiences are fully accessible to wheelchair users, including all areas and surfaces. We also ensure that wheelchairs can be accommodated as long as the passenger is assisted by someone to help them board and disembark.

📄 For Self-Drive options, the ability to read and understand English & a map is required, along with a signed contract. We reserve the right to provide a Skipper at an additional minimal cost for safety reasons or if conditions are not suitable for Self Drive.
⏰ All Self Drive boats must return before sunset. Please note, a Skipper is mandatory for Sunset Cruises.
🌦️ Our adventures are all-weather experiences; we do not cancel due to rain unless deemed unsafe. In case of inclement weather, we're happy to reschedule to a suitable date or provide a Skipper at an additional charge. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
🚫 Fishing, beaching of our vessels, or swimming on the Snug Classic is not permitted. However, swimming is allowed at your own risk only onboard our Limo on the Water vessel equipped with a swim ladder.
🍽️ You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages onboard.
