Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into Premium, Category A, Category B, Category C and Category D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert's start time. Please contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, please check our Terms and Conditions.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before it starts.
What is a Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can request this refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user. To request your refund, please contact us directly.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is for guests aged 8 and above, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Please contact us with all supporting documents once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying).
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive together and hold tickets for the same category. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account free of charge. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" from your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

The concert takes place at Théâtre de Liège, Place du Vingt Août 16, 4000 Liège.
How do I get there?
Théâtre de Liège is accessible via bus lines 1, 2, 3, 26, 29, 31, 33, 359, 46, 47, 49 and 91, stops "Place du 20 Août" and "Place Cockerill". It is also accessible by train via Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Saint-Lambert and Liège-Carré. Charles Magnette car park is also nearby. We recommend using public transport or sustainable alternatives for this event.
Will there be any food or drinks available?
No.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Wheelchair access is available only in Zone A and Zone D. Please note there are unfortunately no accessible toilets on site.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the room will be lit with flameless electronic candles.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a rescheduling, we will notify you by email in advance.
