Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase — your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance — contact us with your ticket ID, or check if the "Exchange date and/or time" option is available in the "Tickets" section of the app. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible Cancellation add-on, which lets you request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts (note: a transferred ticket is no longer eligible for a refund).
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free by tapping "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available at Walt Disney Concert Hall and in Cal Plaza Parking (on Olive Street between 3rd and 4th Streets), as well as at Colburn's Lot 3 (Athena Parking) on 2nd Street between Olive and Hill Streets. We highly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before doors open to allow time to park and walk to the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an ADA-compliant, accessible venue.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets aren't allowed at this event's location, but service animals are always welcome.
What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Staff at the entrance will help you find the section on your ticket, and seating within each section is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
Are tickets available for purchase at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold on-site — they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant. Contact us and we'll provide a voucher to purchase your carer's ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, every candle used is flameless.
What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on?
It's a one-of-a-kind photo session in a specially designated area, available exclusively to guests who purchase it, with a single instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake. Photos are taken before the event (ending 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early), and you can choose your preferred shot before it's printed and collected at the exit. Photos can't be stored for later collection, so make sure to pick yours up before leaving.
