To begin with:

• Some homemade croquetitas de cocido (croquettes)

First rollover:

• A good broth

To continue:

• A cabbage leaf that will serve as a papillote, tempurated and stuffed with chickpeas and vegetables from the stew

Main rollover:

• A good brochette of stew with meat from Guadarrama

Dessert:

• Cheesecake by Chef Ignacio Martinez

Beverage:

• A vermouth and beer

Description
The Hotel Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana brings you a delicious stew at Planta Z, the trendiest terrace in the capital. We start with a vermucito and some homemade croquetitas de cocido. We will make a first pour with a good broth served in an authentic beer mug. We continue with a cabbage leaf that will be used as a papillote, we tempura it and fill it with the chickpeas and the vegetables from the stew. For the main course they offer a good skewer of stew with meat from Guadarrama. All this will be accompanied by a bucket of beer and to finish one of the legendary cheesecakes of chef Ignacio Martinez. who can resist?
