♿ Accessibility Notice (January–February 2026)
Please note that the passenger lift at the venue will be out of service from 5 January until 17 February 2026 due to refurbishment works.
During this period, step-free and wheelchair access will not be available. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to guests with accessibility needs.
All shows will continue as scheduled. Ticket holders who require step-free access may contact Fever’s User Support team via this link to discuss options, including a refund.
